FDA: Common Sugar In Gum, Peanut Butter Another Deadly Food For Dogs

The Food and Drug Administration warns that xylitol, a common sugar substitute, present in ice cream, chewing gum, peanut butter, candy, baked goods and toothpaste, can be poisonous for dogs.
